We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of software quality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that software bugs are detected early in the Software Development Lifecycle, working closely with development teams to promote continuous alignment and improvement.
  • Implementing automated tests for multiple testing scenarios across a wide range of country instances, extending coverage of automation tests to support early detection of bugs and risks.
  • Collaborating with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure software quality goals are being achieved, proposing process improvements in the context of our continuous improvement strategy, and driving their implementation.
  • Mastery of all needed tools and components required to perform assigned tasks, adhering to software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • Producing relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Solid experience with automated testing, with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

The following qualifications are not mandatory but will be valued:

  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests, using tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar.
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
