The role involves leveraging a strong local network, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a results-driven attitude to build and nurture a robust pipeline of both clients and channel partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers across various site locations.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales objectives.
- Regularly review team performance and drive target achievement through structured planning and goal-oriented leadership.
- Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across the metropolitan region.
- Develop and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, high net worth individuals, and direct client sources.
- Monitor the quality of leads being generated and converted by the sourcing team and pre-sales team.
The ideal candidate should possess 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition. A graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory, while an MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate is highly preferred.
