**Job Title:** Cash Application Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling account receivables and remittances. You will work closely with customer and stakeholder teams to identify customer requirements and provide solutions.

You will collaborate with the collection and billing group for non-applied payments and communicate with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and GL teams for all non-AR transactions.

Additional responsibilities include preparing end of day reports such as daily collections and bank reconciliation, performing periodic audits of the general ledger and other financial documents, addressing payment issues, and processing refunds.

You will also be responsible for unallocated payments research and identification, mailbox management, and processing monthly netting requests.
