We are seeking an accomplished Electrical Project Engineer to oversee the electrical scope in our solar projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing technical drawings, preparing detailed cost estimates, and managing execution teams or contractors to deliver high-quality and safe projects.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and hands-on site leadership. Key responsibilities include project estimation, design review, execution management, site supervision, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and reporting.

Required skills and experience include at least 7 years' experience in utility-scale solar projects, in-depth knowledge of AC & DC solar systems, proven experience in cost estimation and design review, and exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

  • Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for AC & DC systems.
  • Provide technical inputs and optimizations for electrical layouts and designs to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Plan, supervise, and ensure timely execution of electrical works for solar projects (AC & DC) — either through contractors or in-house teams.
  • Regularly visit project sites to track progress, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Work closely with procurement to source and deliver electrical materials on schedule.
  • Ensure all works meet our quality benchmarks and relevant electrical codes and standards.
  • Maintain clear execution reports, cost updates, and technical recommendations for management.
