About the Opportunity:
We seek a skilled and driven professional to lead our sponsorship vertical. The role will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term value creation for both partners and the organization.
This position requires a strong network within the sports ecosystem, deep understanding of sponsorship sales, and the ability to deliver creative solutions that align brand objectives with sports properties.
In addition to sponsorship responsibilities, this role will also include PR, corporate communications, and potential responsibilities for marketing functions.
- Sponsorship Sales Strategy
- Create and execute sponsorship sales plans to meet organizational goals.
- Identify, pitch, and secure high-value sponsorship opportunities across sporting events, leagues, and athletes.
- Negotiate and close deals with key clients.
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners.
- Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions to maximize ROI.
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sponsorship campaigns.
- Monitor performance and provide insights for future optimization.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in the sports, media, or entertainment sector.
- Proven track record of closing large sponsorship deals and managing key client relationships.
- Strong network of decision-makers across industries.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to design impactful sponsorship solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and present insights.
- Prior experience in PR, corporate communications, or marketing will be an added advantage.
