Director, Resource Optimization Specialist

As a senior-level resource management professional, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective resource allocation strategies that maximize staff utilization and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data-driven resource planning processes to ensure optimal project staffing and capacity utilization.
  • Analyse long-term resource needs based on project pipelines and business growth projections to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align resource allocation with organizational priorities and goals.

Resource Allocation and Deployment:

  • Oversee the assignment of staff to projects, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines and workloads to ensure timely resource deployment and reassignment as needed.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of resource management professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, best practice implementation, and continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyse data reports for leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in resource management, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
