Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Manager, where you will play a crucial role in the development and management of various services.

About the Role
  • Execute plans to deliver business metrics and use data to set revisit operational goals and manage activities
  • Manage escalations, analyze data, highlight trends, gaps, etc., and report key metrics
  • Prepare data for business meetings, reviews, and present to senior managers and stakeholders
  • Plan capacity and commit to volume by managing resources, queue, shift management, cross-training, and leave management
  • Owning and prioritizing work allocation based on business needs with a daily monthly frequency
  • Initiate and lead process improvement projects, present solution proposals, and implement them to other applicable in-scope operational areas
  • Participate and provide adequate support in business reviews with mid-level and senior leadership
  • Participate in new-process onboarding, i.e., new process experiments with complete documentation
  • Demonstrate understanding of performance and leadership bar and apply it effectively to team members and to new hiring decisions
  • Buid robust launch plans for new team members and own progress tracking of new joiners through administration of launch plans as a mechanism
  • Devising and implementing performance improvement plans for associates as applicable
  • Identify and work with top performers for talent development and create a leadership pipeline for own level
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in operations management or related field
