Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to drive the development and coordination of detailed BIM models for public health projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Revit and Navisworks, as well as experience working on Middle East projects.

  • BIM Development: The creation and management of detailed BIM models, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' plus experience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects is highly preferred.

Other Responsibilities

The Public Health BIM Modeler will also conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

In addition, the candidate should have decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.

Basic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage.
