Lead BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to lead project teams.

  • Manage multiple projects ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and successful outcomes.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and review project updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Delivering high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants, and international project teams.
  • Overseeing the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  • Supporting recruitment activities and delivering technical orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Developing, managing, and optimizing Dynamo scripts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines.
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices.
