The Business Head – PLM IT Services will define the strategic roadmap for the practice, building and managing capabilities to drive innovation, delivery excellence, and customer success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the practice's goals and objectives in line with company strategy
  • Building and scaling practice capabilities, people, solutions, tools, and processes
  • Establishing technical and delivery excellence within the practice
  • Enhancing offerings, reusable assets, and capabilities to strengthen the PLM practice
  • Managing multiple projects with minimal dependency on top management
Business Growth & Customer Success

The role involves collaborating with Sales & Marketing to define go-to-market strategies, supporting pre-sales activities, driving account mining and expansion opportunities, building C-level relationships with strategic customers, and understanding financial KPIs to drive profitability and growth targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to define go-to-market strategies
  • Supporting pre-sales activities including proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and customer presentations
  • Driving account mining and expansion opportunities within key client accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong C-level relationships with strategic customers

Delivery Oversight

The Business Head – PLM IT Services will ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects within the practice. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all projects
  • Implementing robust governance frameworks, conducting regular reviews, and managing escalations
  • Defining and monitoring delivery KPIs and SLAs to ensure consistent performance
  • Managing services project delivery with a strong focus on customer management and satisfaction
Capability Building

The role involves identifying future skill requirements, proactively building internal competencies through training, mentoring, and hiring. Key responsibilities include:
