Store Manager

The ideal candidate will have the ability to oversee daily operations of a premium women's wear fashion lifestyle store and manage tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service.

They should be confident salespeople who can share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate should possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the store and ensure sales goals are met
  • Understand customers' styling needs and assist them to select perfect outfits for their requirements
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets for the store
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Manage inventory and visual merchandising (VM)
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years' experience managing a premium fashion lifestyle store
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Malayalam and English
  • Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and engage with customers
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Proactive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly fashion practices is beneficial
