Customer Relationship Specialist

The ideal candidate will manage the customer relationship portfolio, drive awareness of CRM activities with customers and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract, retain, and improve customer service
  • Oversee Projections, Allotment Letters, Registry, Cancellation Letters, etc.
  • Review customer complaints and suggestions and conduct regular meetings with staff to gauge their response
  • Manage and resolve escalations
  • Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures for optimizing customer service strategies/service standards for superior service
  • Deliver services aimed at enhancing the company's image and overall financial performance
  • Establish strong credibility between the organization and leading financial institutions in the region
  • Review and approve Agreements for Sale
  • Ensure timely follow-up for pending documents
  • Handle walk-in customer queries
