Strategic Fundraising Leader

This is a key leadership position that will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual fundraising strategy to secure the necessary resources for our philanthropic efforts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and augmenting a national network of diverse donor support for organizations, and will work closely with our India Leader and thematic teams to build the pipeline of support from individuals, foundations, corporates, and other funding sources.

This role would be ideal for entrepreneurial and result-oriented individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, and are comfortable with the ambiguity of the fundraising universe.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business or social sciences, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position. Experience with social or development sector organizations would be preferred.
