Visa Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Visa Coordinator to manage the visa application process for Russia and CIS destinations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visa Guidance: Provide up-to-date information on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for Russia and CIS destinations.
  • Application Support: Assist clients in filling out visa forms, compiling documents, and submitting applications to embassies/consulates.
  • Document Validation: Ensure client-provided documents meet specific requirements for each country's visa process.
  • Embassy Liaison: Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers to ensure timely application processing.
  • Client Updates: Keep clients updated on their visa application status and address any issues or queries promptly.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
