Paid Search Manager

DeltaX is seeking an accomplished Paid Search Manager to spearhead innovative paid search media buying strategies and drive exceptional campaign results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement proprietary approaches to paid search media buying, driving exceptional campaign results.
  2. Lead a team in executing best-in-class paid media campaigns across Search platforms, guiding creative strategy and optimizing ad accounts for maximum ROI.
  3. Maintain strong client relationships, collaborating closely with team members to deliver outstanding results.
  4. Contribute to the growth and structure of DeltaX's paid search media team, providing training and up-skilling opportunities.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing multiple search campaigns simultaneously.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  3. Able to multitask, self-driven, and proactive in nature.
  4. Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  5. Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  6. Confidence with numbers and data analysis.
  7. Eye for precision and attention to detail.
  8. Good working knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  9. Google AdWords Certification is an asset.
