Senior Paid Social Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media strategies across various platforms, including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.

In this role, you will own the execution and support building the strategy for all paid social channels. You will perform in-depth and cross-functional analysis to make recommendations on how to allocate budget across channels, devices, and campaigns. Your goal will be to drive App acquisition campaign improvement and be accountable for performance against monthly targets while coaching team members.

You will identify new marketing opportunities and creative ideas based on commercial KPIs, customer insights, and competitive analysis through ongoing test and learning. You will also own the full project and campaign lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and KPI achievement through cross-functional teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have gained at least 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns. You will have managed campaigns for ideally at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter. You will also need to have strong App acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.

As a senior leader, you will lead projects, instruct teams, and manage various stakeholders. You will be used to breaking down complex problems into actionable roadmaps and leveraging incrementality test solutions to decide on campaign and budget mix.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Managed campaigns for ideally at least 2 of the following channels: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, or Twitter.
  • Strong App acquisition expertise and full-funnel marketing experience.
  • Ability to lead projects, instruct teams, and manage various stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
