Job Description:

This role involves applying system analysis principles to design and develop ERP modules, with a focus on AI-driven functionalities.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile applications.

A proven track record of collaborating with global teams, specifically with personnel based in the United States, is essential.

  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Conducting gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Defining and documenting requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Working with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  • Leveraging knowledge of large language models to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.

The candidate should have experience with Agile methodologies and be able to actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile certifications.
  • Experience with collaborative tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Background in ERP implementation projects.
