We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Full Stack Team, driving technical vision and delivering high-quality products at high velocity.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology for fashion visuals, revolutionizing the industry with stunning visuals and automation.

Your responsibilities will include leading development across Web, Studio, and Shopify applications, ensuring seamless integrations, top performance, and long-term maintainability.

  • Lead and grow a cross-functional team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers.
  • Define and enforce technical standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Be hands-on: actively code, review PRs, and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Make strategic tech stack decisions (frameworks, infra, cloud, AI integrations).
  • Run the team with Scrum methodology: break down tasks into clear deliverables, drive sprints, and enforce accountability.

You will be responsible for:

  • Scaling engineering teams, preferably in SaaS/AI/consumer tech.
  • Expertise in Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, VIKE SSR and Playwright.
  • Shipping complex products fast without sacrificing reliability.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of engineering experience, including senior-level hands-on coding.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
