Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Dashboard Development: Design, build, and own operational dashboards and scorecards to monitor performance metrics such as attendance, trials, hygiene audits, and escalations.
  2. Tech Collaboration: Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to refine and rollout operations dashboards or tools.
  3. Governance Support: Assist in conducting high-quality governance rituals for city and cluster leads.
  4. Action Monitoring: Monitor and follow through on agreed actions to ensure operational excellence.
  5. Onboarding Assistance: Provide support in the onboarding process for new Cluster Managers and Center Managers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They should have experience in managing operational dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
