This challenging role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and ensure high-quality output in our state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, program, and optimize KUKA robots for precise trimming of composite materials
  • Analyze existing trimming processes and implement robotic solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality control
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians on robotic applications and best practices
  • Work closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of robotics into existing workflows
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to robotic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of programming changes, process improvements, and technical specifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in robotics, with a focus on KUKA systems preferred
  • Proficiency in robotic programming languages (e.g., KRL)
  • Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and robotics simulation tools
  • Familiarity with composite materials and their processing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
