FCL Freight Sales Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven professional to spearhead our Full Container Load (FCL) freight sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth industry knowledge, a proven track record in international logistics sales, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new FCL business opportunities through strategic outreach, market intelligence, and effective client engagement.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for FCL freight volumes and revenue.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
- Design and present compelling proposals, quotations, and negotiate rates with clients.
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments.
- Stay informed about shipping line schedules, rates, space availability, and market trends.
- Provide actionable market insights to internal teams to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven experience in FCL sales or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and global trade practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong customer focus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
