Customer Data Platform Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Customer Data Platform team. This role provides a strong foundation for a career in MarTech, data engineering, and analytics.

As a key member of the team, you will work with leading marketing technology tools, manage large-scale customer data, and contribute to actionable insights for business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and work with MarTech tools for CDP integration.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the customer data lifecycle – collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Perform data research for accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business trends and behavioral patterns.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
  • Exhibit proactive problem-solving, continuous learning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
