Leadership Role: Asset Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our asset management team. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of contracts and assets within our organization using ServiceNow Asset Management.

  • Lead a team of professionals in asset/contract management.
  • Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and maintain top performance.
  • Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed.
  • Oversee asset management within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on contract and asset management.
  • Develop your team members through training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for management of resourcing requirements.
  • Cultivate a team environment that fosters exceptional interactions.
  • Act on feedback and resolve conflicts within the team.
  • Apply matrix organization guidelines.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership skills and experience in contract management and asset management, preferably with 7-12 years of experience in ServiceNow. A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred.
