Executive Director of Sales and Business Development
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and business developers, driving growth, building and nurturing client relationships, maintaining asset quality, ensuring cross-sell opportunities, and meeting business targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to meet business objectives
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements as needed
- Direct product development efforts and oversee successful implementation of new products and services tailored for Wealth Management clients
- Develop distribution models that are cost-effective and help grow the business rapidly
- Meet business/sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Coordinate and ensure target achievement on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of exemplary sales execution and business development for ICT products and services.
