We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of fan-facing experiences. This role combines hands-on and strategic responsibilities, requiring the ability to oversee projects from concept to launch, set high standards for visual quality, and establish systems that ensure consistency and scalability across products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and emerging formats.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and promoting good design practices within the organization.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, preferably in media, sports, or high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong body of work showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Proficiency in Figma and relevant prototyping tools, as well as strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team or organization.
