About the Role

Our organization is seeking an accomplished medical billing executive to spearhead and scale our medical billing operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive domain expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end medical billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and best practices.
  • Manage large teams with a focus on performance management and people development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present to leadership and clients.
  • Stay updated on US healthcare billing regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and payer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in billing processes, denial management, AR follow-up, and payer policies.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-client operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation/automation in medical billing is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
