What You Can Do For Us

  • Accurate Patient demographic detail Charges Entry or Payment Posting transactions in the customers revenue cycle software
  • 1-4 years of experience in Patient Demographics Entry, Payment posting or Charge Entry.
  • Strive to achieve the productivity standards
  • Adhere to the customer provided turn around time requirements
  • Actively participate in all training activities from Induction training, Client specific training, and refresher training on billing and compliance
  • Possess strong ability to understand the impact of the process on customer KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing concepts
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Must be flexible to work in shifts
  • Adhere to the company s information security guidelines
  • Demonstrate ethical behavior at all times.

Your Qualifications

  • Graduation is Mandatory
  • Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words /min.
