Project Manager Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manages the entire lifecycle of the hospital construction project from inception to handover.
  • Coordinates with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
  • Ensures all work is carried out in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Monitors and controls project progress, costs, and timelines.
  • Implements project plans, construction schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 14-24 years of proven experience in large-scale building construction projects, preferably in healthcare or institutional sectors.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
