Expert Hospital Construction Manager Sought

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Hospital Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of hospital construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or architecture and extensive experience in managing large-scale building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of the hospital construction project from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
  • Monitor and control project progress, costs, and timelines.
  • Implement project plans, construction schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure safety compliance.
  • Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure material and resource availability as per project requirements.
  • Drive quality assurance and resolve technical issues or disputes on-site.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university.
  • 14-24 years of proven experience in large-scale building construction projects, preferably in healthcare or institutional sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital construction standards, MEP services, and healthcare infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience working with PMCs or leading large construction projects is preferred.
