**Job Title:** Project Lead Architect


A project lead architect will oversee projects from concept to completion. The role involves managing timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, developing architectural concepts and details, leading project teams, overseeing site execution, and ensuring that projects meet client specifications and quality standards.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from concept through to completion.
  • Mentor junior architects and guide them in their work.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Oversee site execution and implement quality control measures.
  • Promote design research, detailing, and innovation within the organization.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating project progress and results.
  • Contribute to business growth through operational, marketing, and strategic inputs.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a passion for Interiors is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of professional experience in project leadership.
  • A strong knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications is essential.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. is also expected.
  • A portfolio showcasing built work that reflects a strong passion for design and excellence is mandatory.
