Site Architect Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Architect to join our team in Siliguri, Bagdogra, West Bengal 734421. As a key member of our architectural design and construction projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and completion of various projects, ensuring they meet the required quality standards.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires active collaboration with different stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Your expertise in architectural design and construction will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and coordination, as well as knowledge of software development and integration methodologies related to architectural projects. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams and integrate architectural solutions with project demands.
  • Manage project schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Experience in Project Management and Coordination
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration methodologies related to architectural projects
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Relevant certification and licensing in architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural execution; airport/infrastructure project experience is a strong advantage
