Electrical Quality Engineering Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and implement quality engineering processes to optimize electrical department performance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality management system (QMS) and environmental management system (EMS) standards.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and improvement of product development processes using tools like advanced product quality planning (APQP), production part approval process (PPAP), design failure mode and effects analysis (DFMEA), potential failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA), and control plans.
  • Develop and implement methodologies for validating speedometer manufacturing processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
  • Cultivate a culture of quality by conducting thorough quality activities during various stages of development, including prototype testing and series production.
  • Implement high-performance systems and audit improvements through world-class manufacturing techniques to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in electrical quality engineering or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management system (QMS) and environmental management system (EMS) processes is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and troubleshooting methods is required.
  • Excellent understanding of supplier relationship management and battery charger manufacturing processes is necessary.
