We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our critical Platform Application Modernization program. This role is pivotal in driving the successful migration modernization of our business s external customers from on-premises to AWS, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive program roadmap including detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation.
  • Technical Leadership: Possess a strong understanding of technology landscapes including on-premises infrastructure and cloud technologies AWS Collaborate with technical teams to define migration strategies architecture and standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders IT teams and external partners.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies PMP and Agile frameworks to drive program execution Employ project management tools such as Jira and MS Project to track progress manage resources and report on key metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in program management with a minimum of 5 years in cloud migration program management.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale complex IT programs in multi-domain industry.
  • Good understanding of application modernization concepts including migration strategies and cloud technologies AWS.
  • Strong project management skills including experience with PMP and Agile methodologies.
