About this role

Managing workplace services and facilities operations is key to our growth.

As a skilled General Affairs Officer, you will be responsible for running core workplace services and facilities operations:

  • Vendor Coordination: You will manage building management, security, housekeeping, pantry, and transport vendors.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will administer GA contracts, POs, invoices, and service KPIs; drive cost-effectiveness.
  • Asset Management: You will maintain office assets, inventories, and equipment lifecycle records.
  • Safety Support: You will support HSE basics (drills, signage, ergonomics) in coordination with safety teams.
  • Office Moves and Access: You will manage office moves, seating plans, visitor access, and ID badges.
  • CSR and Events: You will assist with CSR/community events and internal activities as assigned.
  • Reporting and Compliance: You will produce GA reports and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; experience in GA/facilities/services administration is a plus.
  • Vendor-management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • New graduates with a service-minded, hands-on approach are welcome to apply.
