About us

We're looking for an innovative business systems analyst to lead the transformation of our workplace platform using Atlassian products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administering Jira and Confluence, as well as AI-driven automation features. They will also possess strong integration skills with REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting languages such as Python or Node.js.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the Atlassian product roadmap, maintaining the product backlog, and prioritizing work to deliver value to our employees. You will also partner with stakeholders to uncover pain points, map processes, and translate them into innovative solutions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include leading discovery workshops, rapid prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that unlock new ways of working. You will also integrate Jira and Confluence with other SaaS tools using APIs, marketplace apps, and automations to automate end-to-end flows.

You will curate and govern plug-ins, ensuring performance, security, and measurable ROI. Additionally, you will design dashboards and OKRs that surface insights, track adoption, and tell clear stories with data. You will champion change management by crafting communication plans, delivering live training, and publishing self-service content that drives enthusiastic uptake.

Your technical skills will enable you to define and audit permission models balancing collaboration, privacy, and compliance requirements. You will also upskill the Global Service Desk team to scale end-user support and optimize performance by removing unused objects in Jira.

You will build business cases for new technology that will scale how we deliver to customers. In order to succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional projects from discovery through rollout. You will also need to be proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as eazyBI, Tableau, or BigQuery.
