As a pivotal leader, the Operations Director oversees the student experience, driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across departments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6+ years of experience in Category Management, with a strong background in software development preferred. They will be goal-driven, able to balance long-term processes with short-term goals, and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steering campus operations and managing academics to activities
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to eliminate obstacles and ensure clear communication within and across teams
  • Managing P&L and cross-functional teams at campus and coordinating initiatives with the central program team
  • Working closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes
  • Establishing processes to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery
  • Managing campus student's experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding
  • Partnering with industries for internship and placement outcomes
  • Collaborating with partner university

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Category Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience preferred
  • Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to balance long-term processes with short-term goals
  • Empathy toward students and desire for aspirational outcomes for all students
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
