We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our US Engineering Recruitment operations.

  • Lead and manage a team of US Engineering Recruiters
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for US-based Engineering roles across multiple clients and industries
  • Sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Providing training and performance feedback to team members
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms
  • Strong knowledge of job boards and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams
