Senior SAP Solution Consultant

 

As a seasoned Senior SAP Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and presenting SAP SD solutions to large enterprise clients. Your expertise in order management, pricing, delivery processing, invoicing, credit management, and related processes will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with solution architects and sales teams to design and present SAP SD solutions for large enterprise RFPs/RFIs.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose best-fit solutions in order management, pricing, delivery processing, invoicing, credit management, and related processes.
  • Lead the creation of solution components including architecture overviews, effort estimates, implementation roadmaps, and commercial models.
  • Support orals presentations and workshops with high-quality documentation and client-centric value messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end O2C process flows, integrating SD with MM, FICO, CRM, and third-party platforms.
  • Assist in creating demo environments, proof of concepts, and reusable proposal assets to accelerate deal pursuits.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of SAP SD experience, with at least 3 years in a presales, solutioning, or client-facing consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD components including:
    • Order Management & Contracts
    • Pricing Procedures & Rebate Processing
    • Delivery & Shipment
    • Billing & Revenue Recognition
    • Credit and Risk Management
  • Experience with S/4HANA SD, including newer functionalities such as FIORI apps, Business Partners, and Advanced ATP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex solutions in a business-friendly manner.
  • Experience with tools for solution modeling, estimation, and proposal development.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Involved in at least 3 large enterprise presales engagements or RFP responses.
  • Experience in global rollouts or multi-country sales process harmonization.
  • Exposure to SAP CRM, C/4HANA, CPQ, or integration with eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with RISE with SAP, public cloud deployments, or BTP-based extension.
