Job Summary

We seek a skilled SAP FICO expert to lead the implementation and management of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This role requires extensive experience in requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including detailed configuration of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  • Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.
  • Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budgets.
  • Ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting through the SAP FICO solution.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
