Expertise Needed:

To lead the implementation of new ERP functionalities for a key segment.

Key Objectives:

  • Manage the transformation steps of projects in charge, including initial demand collection and books of requirements.
  • Be responsible for the success of realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, and project committees.
  • Develop and support current SAP systems within the FI/CO module, including change requests.
  • Ensure all activities are handled in full compliance with IT General Compliance rules and SOX rules.

Essential Skills:

  • General industry or steel market knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge in SAP FICO customizing.
  • Business processes knowledge of Finance and Controlling.
  • Good ability to communicate at various levels and train others.

Requirements:

  • BE / BTech / Any Master's Degree.
  • SAP customizing and implementation skills in other modules like FSCM, FM, SD, MM, PP, etc.
  • ABAP, FIORI, CDS experience.
  • Ability to manage small teams in project mode.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives.
