SAP Datasphere Expert

Job Description:

As a skilled SAP Datasphere professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level data management and analytics solutions.

Key responsibilities include architecting and integrating solutions by designing data pipelines and integrations within SAP Datasphere and associated SAP environments. Additionally, you will create scalable, secure data pipelines and models, integrating with BW/4HANA, SAC, and other data sources.

Other key tasks involve designing logical and physical data models, replication flows, ETL processes, and task chains. You will also manage tenant setup, user roles, object- and row-level security, and metadata catalogs for compliance purposes.

Moreover, you will connect SAP and non-SAP systems, develop APIs, and deliver datasets to BI platforms. Furthermore, you will handle content and version control across development, test, and production systems using SAP BW Bridge.

Lastly, you will optimize model and query performance, monitor data flows, and ensure reliability in the execution of these solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with SAP Datasphere in multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong Data Modeling Skills (SQL, CDS, Graph).
  • Proficiency in Replication, ETL, Task Chains.
  • Security Design Expertise: Roles, Scopes, Cataloging.
  • Integration Experience: SAP Datasphere with SAC, External APIs, and Scripting Languages (SQL, Python, JavaScript).
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA Modules (Finance, SCM, Sales).
  • BI Tools Proficiency: SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Soft Skills: Strong Communication, Stakeholder Management.
  • Collaboration Ability: Working Collaboratively in Teams and Agile Environments.
