About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing payroll control and pension reconciliations.

Payroll control involves processing payments, verifying tax deductions, and reporting to relevant authorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and collating data to support this process.

Pension reconciliations involve comparing bank statements with system reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and compiling data to produce reconciliation reports, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Deliver excellent payroll control and pension reconciliation services in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and propose changes for management approval before implementation.
  • Manage daily workload, keep stakeholders informed of progress, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve mismatches or technical issues.
  • Utilize multiple systems to access banking data.
