Customer Support Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to work from home on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least 6 months of customer support experience who can adapt to rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Deliver high-quality support by addressing a wide range of inquiries and issues in a professional manner.
  • Availability: Be prepared to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including six days a week, with one day off per week.
  • Technical Requirements: You must have a personal laptop that meets minimum specifications (i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10) along with a reliable internet connection and a good quality headset.
  • Language Skills: Utilize your fluency in both English and Hindi to effectively assist customers.
