We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for business
- Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports
- Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- Sales Experience with min 5 years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus
