This role requires a strong combination of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on approach to translating ideas into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between IT capabilities and business objectives to facilitate process or system improvements.
  • Lead requirement discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to define clear business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to interpret and recommend best solutions for IT and business initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and test cases with measurable acceptance criteria.
  • Act as subject matter expert and change agent in specific area of knowledge.
  • Guide teams through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive testing lifecycle to ensure solution quality.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience as Business Analyst in IT with handling complex projects.
  • Ability to gather and translate complex business requirements effectively.
  • Facilitation and consensus-building skills.
  • Experience working in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
