Job Opportunity: Senior Innovation Lead

You will oversee a team of consultants across various sectors to develop and execute transformative strategies for clients in the customer service/technology domains.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Steer cross-functional transformation initiatives, driving milestones to realization.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Collaborate with consultants to formulate business cases analyzing feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines with potential for scaling.
  • Deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/Process Re-engineering (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc.).
  • Background in the contact center or BPO industry (Voice).
  • Collaboration skills with all organizational levels to build relationships.
  • Internal client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
