Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team at Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships to drive growth for the company.

This includes conducting market research, prospecting potential clients or partners, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent networking skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  2. Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients or partners through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, email outreach, etc.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
  4. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and pitches tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients or partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas, negotiating deals, and building relationships.
  • Networking: Excellent networking skills to establish and maintain connections within the industry and identify new opportunities.

  • Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques to effectively pitch products or services to potential clients.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to identify market trends, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
