Job Title: Principal Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of premium interior designs for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior design/architecture and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide bespoke design solutions that meet their expectations.

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Creating detailed design plans and production drawings for manufacturing.
  • Focusing on multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Analyzing sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Working closely with various departments to improve design offerings for customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years with at least 2 years of experience in HL.
  • Site experience with the ability to install proposed designs with minimal hassle.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on functional and aesthetically pleasing designs within budget constraints.
  • Exposure to residential projects is mandatory.
  • Google Sketchup software knowledge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • English language proficiency is mandatory, and local language proficiency is desirable.
