Lead Commercial Interior Design and Construction Projects

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our commercial interior design and construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline parameters.

 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools and software. You will also possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for commercial interior design and construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline parameters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their specific requirements.
  • Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing commercial interior design and construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
