AI/ML Mentor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML mentor to guide aspiring professionals through an intensive training program.


About the Role:

As an AI/ML mentor, you will be responsible for designing engaging lessons, supervising coding labs, and mentoring students throughout their learning journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 30 comprehensive classes over 2 months (Monday to Friday, 4 classes per week).
  • Develop and deliver curriculum covering core AI/ML topics (Python programming, data preprocessing, machine learning algorithms, deep learning basics, model deployment, etc.).
  • Supervise and evaluate coding labs, real-world datasets, and student capstone projects.
  • Guide students through two major projects and provide mentorship and feedback.
  • Facilitate Q&A sessions and share industry insights to enhance the learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Python, data science, machine learning, or AI development.
  • Strong understanding of libraries/frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience with real-world projects in data preprocessing, classification, regression, or deep learning.
  • Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage, guide, and motivate students in their learning journey.
